Getting There
Sotheby’s New York is located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan at the corner of 72nd Street and York Avenue. Parking will not be hosted for this event.
It is easy to get there by public transportation. There are two subway lines, as well as a bus line, that are accessible if coming from The Tuscany Hotel (see address and info on the hotel below). For subway lines, the #6 line (no transfer needed) and the Q line (one transfer-needed) will work. For the #6 line, get on at Grand Central – 42nd St., exit at 68th St. – Hunter College and walk to Sotheby’s. For the Q line, take the #7 line at Grand Central – 42nd St., get off at Times Square – 42nd St., transfer for the Q line, and get off at 72nd St/2nd Ave. to walk to Sotheby’s. To take the bus, walk from The Tuscany Hotel to First Ave. and 39th St., take the MTA Bus M15 up First Ave. and get off at First Ave. and 72nd St. to walk to Sotheby’s.
Check-in:
Tickets and wristbands will not be mailed to ticket holders. To reduce paper waste, please download the Eventbrite mobile app, and have your electronic ticket ready on your device to present at check-in located on the 2nd floor. Guests of sponsors who did not register on Eventbrite can check-in at the same location under their name.
